If you’ve forgotten your password, enter the email address associated with your Customer Portal profile. Password‑reset instructions will be sent to that email.


If you have a new email address, you’ll need to re‑register using that address. Please use the same first name, last name, and birth date. Providing your registration ID is optional, but it is preferred as it helps us match your record more quickly. Once re‑registered, your existing Wheel‑Trans customer profile will be linked to your new email address.
